Salampatata: this is a typical traditional product of Canavese which consists of equal protions of grained pork and potatoes. It is very delicious when it's served with toast , fried or grilled. It is available only on autumn and winter time.
Cheese: there are a variety of traditional kinds of cheese which are produced on the mountains for example : cheese (Tome) with herbs, milk goad cheese. Or cow milk cheese.
